Sandwiches Veggie Wrap: veggies, EFA rich seeds, sprouts and avocado wrapped in whole grain tortilla. Nutty Sandwich: big dose of nut loaf, sprouts and veggies and whole grain bread. Turkey Sandwich: Organic turkey, lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions and multigrain bread Tortilla Burger: loads of veggies and nut pate cocooned in a whole grain tortilla. Avo-Omega Sandwich: vitamin E rich avocado, seeds, sprouts, and veggies and whole grain bread. SLT: a twist of the typical BLT; loaded with veggies, nut loaf, sunflower seeds and our own omega-mayo. Tuna Sandwich: wild caught tuna, lettuce, tomato, onion and multigrain bread
Beverages Gingerade: healthy blend of lemons and ginger, made fresh daily and served cold, just for you. Rosy Red Lemonade: lemonade with a twist, gotta try it. Rooibos-Hibiscus: antioxidant galore with some HCA and blood pressure supporting properties*, better than soda, do you say? Apple-Hibiscus Cooler: sweet and tangy, just right to quench your thirst and refresh you. Chai: Our own blend of Chai, served over ice, better than the typical iced tea, get some!
Desserts And of course we have ice creams, milk shakes, parfaits, and other desserts that are good to eat because they do not contain bad or high fats, cholesterol, and heavy calories. Come try them and judge for yourself.
